Delivery

If your order includes physical printed resources, then these will be packed on the date of order and shipped on one of of our two weekly shipping windows; Monday and Thursday evening. These sound random, they're actually perfectly timed to ensure deliveries are made during school opening times. 90% of the deliveries we make are received by customers on the next working day (once shipped).

If you order via Purchase Order, and the item is not in stock, there will be a delay in your order being processed. If you are in a rush for your order, we would advise checking stock on our website or contacting us first.

Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail or DHL. All deliveries will need to be signed for and are fully tracked from the moment they leave us. You can get in touch with us quickly and easily using the 'Contact Us' link if, though highly unlikely, there are any issues with your delivery. Postage and packaging is discounted for all orders to just £4.99*.

Sustainability 

We really care about making sure delivering high quality teaching and learning resources to you is at minimal cost to the environment. 60% of the deliveries we made in 2021 - 2022 were through a carbon neutral courier company (DPD). The packaging we use is not only recyclable but is also made from recycled material and the paper used for all of our printed resources is FSC certified. We also don't believe in a throw away culture when it comes to revision guides, so all of ours contain a message encouraging your learners to pass their revision guide on to someone else who may be sitting the exam on a future date.
