Mean Business principally provides users with 'Digital Content'; defined as data produced and supplied in digital form. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that Mean Business must ensure this digital content is:

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for a particular purpose 

• As described by the seller (the seller being Mean Business)

...and we do! Refunds, therefore, are not an option once a resource has been purchased and downloaded by a user. We do, however, understand that technology doesn't always perform. In any cases where there is a genuine error with downloading and accessing files you have purchased, please use the 'Contact Us' link to let us know. We will check purchases made and ensure files reach you as intended.

Printed Resources

Purchasers must satisfy themselves with the quality and content of any printed resources distributed by Mean Business before placing an order. There are high quality video previews of all printed resources we distribute available and we assume users have accessed these prior to orders being placed.

We do not offer refunds on unwanted orders but we do ensure all orders reach their intended destination as described and in more than satisfactory condition.
